Toby is a Solicitor and the Partner in charge of the Personal Injury Department.

Toby graduated from Hull University with an Honours Degree in law before sitting his solicitor’s finals at the College of Law, Guildford.

Toby is a member of the Law Society’s prestigious Personal Injury Panel and has been awarded senior litigator status by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
