You have probably seen the cheesy adverts on TV promoting personal injury claims. In recent years personal injury claims have become big business to the extent that the victim of an injury is just a commodity to be sold to the highest bidder. It is routine practise for the victim of say a road traffic accident to be approached by their own insurance company, a third party insurance company (link) or a claims management company – or sometimes all 3 – within an hour of the accident happening. All want to secure a claim that can be sold for hundreds of pounds to a solicitor often hundreds of miles away from where the victim lives. In the centre of this unseemly scramble is the victim often left feeling confused, anxious, fearful and even angry, and not knowing if their best interests are being represented.
Thankfully there is another way. The BG way - where the focus is on delivering a personal and exceptional service to each client every time.
With BG you will never experience the hard sell.
BG is not on any insurance company panel or linked to any claims management company. BG does not pay extortionate referral fees and does not seek to represent accident victims in say Birmingham, Cardiff or Newcastle.
BG primarily assists accident victims who are based in Sussex. This enables us to deliver a truly and accountable service. Many of our clients are recommended to us by previous and existing clients.
BG never, ever cold call in the aftermath of an accident. We are not in the business of encouraging the victims of accidents to make claims.
When the time is right, BG will provide you with the advice you that you need. Should you choose to instruct us, we will advance your claim robustly, always with your needs and interests at the forefront.
